Sound Familiar?
You're exhausted after a full night's sleep — and no one can tell you why.
You feel resentful of how much everyone needs you, then guilty for feeling that.
You're emotionally numb and detached, but you can't afford to fall apart.
You worry you're losing yourself — and you're terrified of who you'll be if you stop.
You know what self-care looks like. You just can't make yourself do it.
You don’t have a willpower problem. You have a nervous system that never learned it was safe to rest.
— Aleah, Embodied Relief Coaching
Rooted in Healing
In the 13 years as a nurse and coach, I've witnessed brilliant women quietly disappear into their roles. I wasn't just watching. I was living it too. I saw the same story over and over — caring, capable women giving everything to everyone around them while running on empty, wondering what was wrong with them.
Burnout solutions often fail because they don't address the deep physiological survival cycles locked within the body. Cognitive tools alone cannot reach these depths — I speak from experience.
Embodied Relief Coaching offers a different path by integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) frame-work with virtual somatic practices, allowing you to reframe your internal landscape from your own cultivated safe space. We go beyond intellectual understanding to engage the subconscious habits that keep you stuck, partnering together to navigate your recovery. Together, we retrain your nervous system so you can sustain your passion for helping others without sacrificing your own well-being & rediscover the joy in caregiving without losing your inner peace.

"Working with a therapist for 12 years brought my pain level of 10 out of 10 down to a 9. After working with Aleah for 3 months, I finally had relief from emotional burdens I couldn't articulate until virutally sitting down with her. I'm grateful to say it's a 3 out of 10 on any given day (10 being the worst pain). I highly recommend her 1:1 private coaching."
— Abby S., Mother

Letting go of past stories, that once bound me, feels so wonderfully freeing. Aleah is a blessing to all who wish to awaken into the NOW and welcome in more relief into their daily life!”
— Kate t., entrepreneur

Before You Apply
Why Work With Me
You've built a life that looks like success from the outside — the title, the responsibility, the people who count on you — and you're still exhausted in a way nothing else has been able to touch. I see that.
When you sit across from me, I'll likely notice the tension you've stopped feeling before you name it — the shift in your voice when you mention the thing you're "fine" with. I'll help you find the parts of you that have been holding it all together for years, often at a cost you've never had space to name.
That's not a technique. It's years of somatic training turned into a kind of attention most people have never experienced directed at them. I won't just hear what you say — I'll remember it, track it, and gently hand it back to you months later when you're ready to see the pattern.
You won't have to perform "okay" here. You'll just finally feel met by someone equipped to actually help.
Common Questions
Is this therapy?
No — coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. I'm a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, not a licensed therapist. If you're experiencing acute mental health symptoms, I'll always encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously.
I've already tried therapy, yoga, and everything else. Why would this be different?
Because most approaches work at the level of thought and behavior — they help you understand your patterns or practice new ones. Somatic and nervous system work reaches the layer underneath, where the patterns are actually stored. That's why you can know you should rest and still feel compelled to keep going. We work where the "should" breaks down.
What does "somatic" mean?
Somatic simply means "of the body." Somatic practices use physical sensation, movement, breath, and body awareness as entry points for healing — rather than starting with the mind. The nervous system lives in the body, so that's where we do the work.
I'm a nurse / np / physician / healthcare worker. Is this specifically for me?
My background is in nursing and I have a deep understanding of what healthcare culture does to the nervous system. That said, I work with all helping professionals — therapists, teachers, social workers, caregivers, startup COO / founder, mothers — anyone whose work requires them to hold space for others at significant personal cost.
How do I know if I'm ready for 1:1 coaching?
Start with the free audit, followed by the Self-Honoring Reset™ guided practice to walk you through the next 28 days. If after working through those you feel ready for personalized, deeper support — that's usually the right signal. The 1:1 application is a short conversation, not a sales call, to see where you are on the path. We'll both know quickly if it's the right fit.
Let’s Work Together
Nurse coaching is not therapy, mentoring, or consulting. It's a co-creative partnership where you are the expert of your own life — and I'm the expert at helping you access what you already know, yet may be currently buried.
That means the results you get here are a direct reflection of the work you're willing to do. I don't fix people. I partner with people who are ready to show up for themselves.
If that's you — I'd love to hear from you.
Current availability; 2 founding client spots at $997 for 12 weeks (Rate increases once spots are filled).
